What stays home, stays home.

mirlai is built around a simple promise: the data your house generates belongs to your house. This page explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

The mirlai device sees what happens at home: lights, presence, schedules, the temperature of each room, which scenes you use. None of it leaves the device unless you explicitly ask us to sync it.

Account data — your email and any billing details — is stored in Argentina, used only to run your account, and never combined with anything else.

Voice

Voice commands are processed on-device by default. If you opt into cloud-assisted voice, audio is processed in real time and discarded — we do not store recordings, ever.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We do not share with advertisers. We share with payment processors and infrastructure providers only as needed to run the service, and we choose those carefully.

Your rights

You can export everything mirlai knows about your home, at any time. You can delete it permanently. You can ask us a question and get a human reply. Write to privacy@mirlai.com.ar.

What this site stores in your browser

The mirlai marketing site uses PostHog to understand traffic and which CTAs people click. It's tuned for privacy:

  • No cookies — analytics state lives in your browser's localStorage.
  • No session recordings, no keystroke capture. Only explicit events: page views and clicks on the buttons we've named.
  • We respect the Do Not Track signal — if your browser sends it, no analytics events leave your device.
  • Anonymous by default. We don't link analytics to any account information unless you create one (we don't have accounts yet).

We also store your theme preference (light or dark) in localStorage. That's the full list.

Changes

If we ever change how this works, we will tell the people whose homes use mirlai before it takes effect — not after.
